Brooke VeltKamp started in Real Estate by joining Ken Van Liew’s Mentorship Program in 2020. She underwent drastic personal development and improved all categories of life, including spirituality, relationships, business, health, time management, & finances. She was able to quit her job and dive into Real Estate full-time.
Brooke is now a full-time flipper in the greater Grand Rapids, MI areas. She has been involved in over a dozen residential renovations.
Since then, she has accumulated several single-family homes using the BRRRR
method. Brooke is currently under contract for a small apartment complex as she plans to grow her portfolio with small multifamily properties in the near future.
