I am currently a Realtor® with Allen Tate in Raleigh, North Carolina and I also work for the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners. Although I am committed to the work I am doing at the NCACC, real estate has my heart and soul. I hope to bring relocation and property investment in North Carolina to another level for my clients. I am originally from Central New York and I come from a family of proud, hardworking, blue-collar folks. My father was a policeman for the City of Syracuse, my uncle was a plumber, and my grandfather was an electrician. In 1995, I transferred to Meredith College in Raleigh where I graduated with a BA in History.

My love for real estate began at an early age when my parents would take us to open houses every Sunday “to see how the other half lives”. We would visit new home communities and see houses in all states of construction. We were always house hunting and I loved every minute of it.

This year, I bought and rehabbed a house in Youngsville, NC, in Franklin County and I’m so excited about the potential in that great county. The Youngsville house was the 4th property that I bought and rehabbed but it was my first BRRRR. I currently have several rental properties in the Raleigh area (under the Pine Street and CAW Ventures names) and am looking to build my portfolio in other areas of North Carolina, South Carolina, and southern Virginia.

My diverse background includes working with several international banks as a mortgage processor/closer; I am a North Carolina Certified Paralegal; and I am an experienced event planner. My current role at the NCACC includes planning the association’s annual conference as well as planning and implementing virtual and live training/educational events around the state.
