Clarence Williams is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Anacostia A.M.P. Outreach & Empowerment Center, a non-profit organization at Ketcham Elementary School (which has an 80% homeless ratio) in the District Of Columbia, where they offer mentorship and tutoring services. He also helped start H.O.M.E. ( Helping Others Meet Expectations), which is also another non-profit organization in which they also mentored high school students in the Largo, Md. area. Clarence has also been on a real-estate venture. He went to school for architectural and mechanical drafting. He took a home inspectors course through Stratford Career Institute. He also took a real-estate course to become a real estate agent. He participated in several training sessions to further his education, including Tax Liens and Wholesaling.
