Reginald Garvin is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. Reginald has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. He began his career as a Mortgage Loan Originator and is currently a Real Estate Agent and a Life Health Insurance Broker.
Reginald is the President of Index Funding Services, LLC and Garvin Insurance Agency, LLC. Reginald started Index Funding in 2009, his focus is to offer single family residential foreclosure properties and to find the funding for the investors for those properties.
Reginald is skilled in applying his expertise in market knowledge for SFR, Retail and Multifamily properties. His experience in several different industries has prepared him to know how to multitask and keep the wheels of a deal moving forward to the closing table. He has his first grandchild a little girl that has truly ignited his Entrepreneur Spirit.
